The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

Man, my daughter is 23 and is working for a few years now after college.

I hardly know who she is anymore (like in a good way.) she’s organized, driven, cleans up her own shit, independent… I miss the little kid part in her, but it’s great to see them grow up too.

Sometimes, I really miss my son when he was 15 or so. That may have been nigh on perfect Us Time.

It’s good. Saw a bunch of people there I hadn’t seen in a while. I like the area down there but it’s so built up now. And I like the company that is ther - they do engineering insurance and machinery breakdown insurance. It’s pretty cool stuff
Had dinner at the black powder tavern if you know where that was. Right at the corner of swedesboro rd and valley gorge rd. Right next to 202.
I have been there many times. I worked on Swedesford Rd about a quarter of a mile from there. It wasn't called the Black Powder Tavern then. That area has been built up and there have been expansions of all the highways in that area. I can't recall the last time I was back there.

Ya never know when you’ll need them!

And Floridians don’t know how to do cold.
As a Floridian I and attest to not being able to handle the cold. When I lived in PA i was outside for hours in the cold and I recall high 30s not seeming all that cold. Your body acclimates to yourmi environment. I had issues with mid 80s in PA but now that I have been in FL for 6 years mid 80s is hot but not so bad!

So Miss recovering from knee replacement has been sleeping on the sofa so she doesn’t have to climb stairs. Well down this a.m. and she didn’t wake up. So here I sit. Looking at and catching up on all of OM’s and others coffee memes and can’t go mash the button on the grinder…🤬.

The sacrifices I make for this woman…

We made it to Fritag. Hope y’all get an early start to the weekend. Looks like my dance card is full…with Easter and all…now, yer MZ
