Personally, I think the thing about colors isn’t so much does he like red or blue better than pink, it is about what works right on her. Some colors just look better on us than others. The hair color, eyes, shades of skin color, some colors really look better on us than others. But not on everyone, I think it is very individualistic.

And of course… some guys don’t even comprehend what lingerie is about… that are just “give me boobs and a place to stick this”. That strikes me as so sad… when she will spend hours looking for just the right combination and color, amd he really, truly, doesn’t care, doesn’t notice, or have a clue what effort she did for him.

I will sometimes wear lingerie just for myself. Under a boring tshirt and jeans, and boy, does that surprise a man when they find that out. I like the mystery of revealing something ultra sexy in unexpected ways and times.

The standard answer applies - it depends. Some women are adamant that certain colors don't look good on them, it's been my experience that this is a fallacy and there is no such thing as a bad color on someone. I think the choice of color depends on the mood, situation, etc. Is it being worn under clothes and a woman is letting a hint of hot be seen due to contrast? That would mean the color is irrelevant as it's about highlighting it's presence. Color is simply a layer, an ingredient if you will. In the right mix, it's delicious.

I think it's sexy and evocative, but as someone who enjoys bondage, I feel like this is for aesthetics and not function. I love the color, the hardware elicits my interest in bondage, and it looks classy. Like color, style of lingerie is all about the situation.
