Confidence is key for sure. I know how some of you have complimented me, maybe some of you feel "you arent on my level"or whatever...and sure, of course I see how someone looks and dresses and carries themselves and all those other things. You may not look like Brad Pitt in Troy, but if you have the confidence of George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Gerard Butler, Ryan Reynolds, Ryan Gosling, Chris Hemsworth whomever...that will get you more women...FOR SURE.
"Punch up" and go after women that might seemingly be above ya...whats the worst that can happen? They say NO? Oh you look slightly foolish for about 12 seconds? Nah...take yer shot! Be confident.

And how it works for me...IDGAF what ppl think (unless yer family or a super valued friend, or haha my manager or client)...you dont like me? I dont care. :)
Be confident in who you are, what you offer, and what you need to work on (and work on those areas that you do!).

I know yer a good egg Shane, and also...some people on here view me as that, and thats fine. I hope and think that more of you see me as more and based upon the fact many of you have told me you enjoy the banter, the randomness, joined march madness, helped me out with my keyboard woes, talked with me when the fires were going on, helped me with the job decision shit a few months back, talk about movies/music/sports/whatever...I like to tihnk most of you see me as the "cute girl next door" or whatever

I'm wondering if the floor upgrade the brought is in prep for the wing rule change. Something to more precisely direct air, or better manage air through the diffuser.

I don't see major upgrades coming for anyone below the top 4. Midfield Battle this year will probably fizzle after the summer break.

I wish I could see this in any of my inboxes more often. Real life would also be nice, but I've about lost hope on walking into the bedroom to be greeted by this.

It... rather I... am a work in progress. Tougher on the older side of things, but I do try to improve myself, and my self esteem as much as I can.
Reading your words, echoes what I do know in theory... I just need to execute better. 😉
