Introverted, intuitive, thinking, and judging

If so, I'm curious how you both like and dislike that personality with the exception of the judging part. Seems if someone is on lit, if they can't come here and be open-minded and not judgy, this really isn't the forum for him/her.

I qualified my quote about mainstream books for a reason. I can’t say definitively since I read them a year ago or so, but the two books I’m thinking I saw that term in was:
The Butcher and the Blackbird
A Court of Thorns and Roses

Dark Romance maybe but definitely not porn.

It’s a joke
I have a love/hate relationship with the INTJs in my life. My husband, for one. And Pez, someone I’ve been friends with for a year+. These are not Lit men. I would say the majority of my irl romantic interests have been with INTJs.

Besides, it has to be taken as a whole. The entire Introverted, intuitive, thinking, and judging add together to make a sometimes harsh personality. Since INTPs share this, I often mean INTX is hard for an ENFP like me to deal with. I call the INTXs cold robots for a reason.

When the MBTI references Judging it doesn’t mean having someone sit back and judge us. It’s meaning in MBTI is a preference for a structured, organized, and decisive approach to life, valuing closure and making decisions quickly. See, that’s not bad. It’s opposite is Perceiving which is more flexible in thinking and action.

No matter how many times it’s explained that ENFP+INTJ is the original golden couple, I don’t understand it on paper. But I live it daily so I believe it.

It is a little harsh. But also true. I see it when I talk to INTXs. Something in their processing makes all the warmth disappear and it’s a little alarming when the subject should bring out emotion.

Oops, I missed the mainstream qualifier, that's my bad.

I don't read romance novels, I mainly read erotica here on Lit, and I can't say I've come across the term rutting.

That’s why I’m bringing it up. It’s a term that’ll maybe slowly make its way here as authors see it more in the mainstream.
