The 50 Plus Cafe, Pub, All-Nite Greasy Spoon and Dive Bar

As much as I love coffee I cannot drink it. Still trying to figure it all out, but one possible reason is they can be contaminated with molds. Most of my "No Go" foods are high on the mold list.
Ymmv but some w/ mold issues can tolerate Purity Coffee. They do 3rd party testing for mold, mycotoxins, and pesticides.
Some other brands market themselves similarly - Kion Coffee, Danger Coffee, Natural Force, and Balance Coffee.
I have not tried any of these brands, so no personal endorsement available. Just information.

A good option for many but contains some ingredients that don't play well with my GI and one that gives me hives every time. 🤷‍♀️ I have a short list of about 3 or 4 protein supplements I tolerate.

Any time packaging changes, I check the ingredient list again. Changes to both often go hand-in-hand b/c of the cost to change packaging.

There was one brand where I tolerated the pre-mixed option but not the powder... until they changed the packaging/ingredients and I tolerated neither.

I've never thought About an ingredients change over a label update. Something for me to consider.

Yep - I learned the hard way. Now anytime the package changes, I check the ingredients. I check them periodically regardless, but always now w/ a packaging change.

Didn't help that the FDA allowed companies to not change their packaging when their ingredients changed due to supply chain issues. I understand the financial hardship to the companies, but some people's food issues are very severe. Challenging to make it work for everyone.
