The news story is that he recovered from throat cancer, but succumbed to pneumonia.

how often do you all start a movie and then not finish it?
i dont mean because you fell asleep and gotta finish it the next day, i mean say "dayum this is shit" and quit it.

i started a movie during lunch here. i try to take 45 min or so for lunch and bang through a show on apple tv/netflix/hbo whatever, but i like some sci-fi dystopian cyberpunk whatever types of stuff, usually they are dumb and therefore i can also multitask if needbe...ANYWAY...fucking hell kit ramble much? i started this German movie "paradise", which is about how you can sell a year of your life for cash right? and if there is a dna match, another person buys that year to get younger...wipe away wrinkles/diseases/etc
some people, like poor people, then can sell 5, 10 years and therefore get out of the slums.
the other catch is, its not liek...you are 25 and you sell 10 years which means instead of dying at 92, you die at 82, its...you are 25 and now you are 35. so you get older.
and one little tidbit they threw in is that criminals can sell x yers to shave their prison sentence down. interesting.
anyway, yeah...it started off kind of interesting, im about 65% through it, and it just kind of sucks ass now.

I rarely stop watching a movie, but have certainly been tempted. That said, if there's either an interesting story or a good performance, I almost always push through (and am then disappointed)

it can be. I just dont want to have my thread full of AI images of me that are obviously not "real"...I knwo you all want to see me, not a computer generated version of me. Yes, sometimes it complements well with funny/sexy pics like the funeral or the march madness basketball ones. And I am happy to scatter them in as appropriate. But ti wont be all one or the other I guess.

The real you is so much more arousing and exciting. A little AI is fun.
