We've been away from home for about a week. We travelled to the Newcastle area to check out a cottage (museum) which was built around 1830. It was built by one of Vanessa's very distant relatives long, long ago. From there we travelled south and toured around for a few days. Took the 4x4 which ate up the trip.....no road, bump or pothole it couldn't handle. Driving was a breeze.

Getting out and about is good.. a good antidote to becoming too sedentary; however, as time moves on, the whole process of preparing for time away becomes more of a chore. When you are away staying in some unfamiliar lodgings, uncomfortable bed with useless pillows, trying to find something decent to eat and then driving for hours on end, one has to wonder if it's all worth it 🤔 We both travelled far and wide in our youth and our later years, but now the novelty might be wearing off.

Just heading off to our shack in the bush, all set up, is more than enough.....and a lot closer.

Not many photos taken I'm afraid; there was not a great deal that might've been of interest here.....just lots and lots of unpopulated Aussie countryside.

The trip was enjoyable and we caught up with family. Covered nearly two thousand kms.......in a relatively short time.

I am like a kid in a candy shop with this gorgeous trip down memory lane. Love the naked shots after all but the way Richard captures your natural eroticism throughout the clothed shots is outstanding.

Beautiful girl and photo that in slang is said "...this photo is epic!!" Vanessa is truly fantastic in all her freshness and carefreeness. Her eyes and her smile are identical to today and I can say they are "eternal". Even how her hair is cared for, the fringe arranged as if there had been a light gust of wind and also the care of the make-up (rightly very light for a beautiful girl like her) and the care in choosing the jewels, simple but that frame a perfect face. Even the eyebrows are cared for that highlight the "very crafty" look that surely preludes beautiful fights in the family to have all the freedom and confidence that a girl like her deserves. The writing in the overlay was certainly added recently as it explicitly underlines how very practical it is to be able to take off the dress very quickly! But I don't think that in her youth, girls particularly appreciated the ease of dropping the dress to the feet and remaining either in lingerie or completely naked, that was not the time ripe for certain thoughts. I think that in Australia as in almost all of the West, the maturation and development of very free sexual practices is of the last 20/30 years. Anyway, the photo is beautiful and if you publish others I would be honored to look at them. Thank you and a kiss on that beautiful mouth. Thank you Amiche
