For Those Who Might Be Wondering Why We Might Be In Ukraine

Of course, the Russian oil industry will cease to exist....

A Ukrainian drone with a flight range of 3,000 kilometers has successfully passed testing. This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. “Today I held a meeting. There were several issues discussed, but the most important one was drones. All types of drones we need. There is good news regarding long-range drones. Our drone with a 3,000-kilometer range has passed testing. I am grateful to the developers and manufacturers. We are developing a line of long-range weapons that will help guarantee the security of our state,” he stated.

The development of such a drone increases the range of potential targets on Russian territory, extending as far as Novosibirsk. Notably, the largest oil refinery in Russia, located in Omsk, is now within reach. Previously, the longest-range public attack was the strike on the Olenya airbase in the Murmansk oblast, approximately 1,800 km from the Ukrainian border.

This of course raises the question: Will Trump then actively help Russia against Ukraine and Europe? He's already said he's considering invading Canada, so one suspects he will.

Oh dear, what happened? Thats a new distance record I believe, for a Ukrainian drone. A couple of days ago Zelenskyy announced they have a new model drone that can reach out and hit that far, and here it seems is the proof.

“Crimea’s air defense has collapsed”: Ukrainian drones destroy critical Russian radar network. Ukraine can now effectively target literally anything it wishes in Crimea

Ukrainian military intelligence agency says it has launched a large-scale attack on Russian radar detection and air defense systems in occupied Crimea in recent days and destroyed a number of pieces of Russian military equipment. Specifically, the operation neutralized:
  • Two 48Ya6-K1 Podlet long-range air surveillance radars
  • Two 1L125 Niobiy-SV electronic warfare detection radars
  • Three 39N6 “Kasta 2E2” target tracking radars
  • A 9S19 Imbir fire control radar for S-300 air defense systems
  • The Nebo-M, 59N6-E Protivnik-GE, and Mys radars.
  • A launcher from the S-300V air defense system
  • command posts connected to the ST-68 and Kasta 2E2 radars.
The operation also hit a Project C4236 tugboat and the multipurpose tug Fedor Urupin.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, these strikes were conducted over several days, causing significant financial losses for Russia due to the high cost of the destroyed equipment while also degrading its airspace monitoring capabilities over Crimea. Aviation expert Valerii Romanenko commented on the HUR’s operation and told Radio NV that it has achieved “unique results.”

“The main radars that provided airspace coverage over Crimea, Kherson Oblast, and Krasnodar Krai have been disabled. These radars were responsible for detecting low-flying targets—our drones and cruise missiles.

With so many radars taken out, Crimea’s air defense has effectively collapsed. If we follow up with another strike, we could target anything that moves—airfields, transport infrastructure, headquarters—anything we have ammunition for,” Romanenko said.

Ohhhhh baby - Azov is to Be Expanded Into a Corps

This development was reported by journalists and confirmed by fighters from the brigade. However, Azov has not yet published an official statement. Overall, two corps are expected to be established within the National Guard of Ukraine, with Azov leading one of them. After the reform, several other brigades will be assigned to Azov as part of the overall Corps Structure. This is part of the reorganization of the Zbroynykh syl Ukrayiny recently announced, with Corps being formed, with Corps leadership going to the more experienced and capable Brigades.

In this case, obviously, Azov. These changes are part of the process aimed at reforming the military structure and transitioning to a corps-based model of command. Denys "Redis" Prokopenko, Azov's commander, and Bohdan "Tavr" Krotevych, the brigade's ex-chief of staff, have repeatedly emphasized the need for such structural reforms. Azov Brigade (the Third Separate Assault Brigade) has now become the Third Army Corps, with Andriy Biletskyi as its commander.

The main priorities of the corps are combat training, a professional sergeant corps, work with management, planning, and technology. Biletsky emphasized that the plan is to change the principles of this war and thereby change the course of the war in favor of Ukraine.

"For three years, we have gained unique experience in fierce battles, conducted successful counterattacks, and become the most effective in the use of drones on the front line. We have introduced technologies, changed the approach to personnel training, and created the best recruiting in the country. We have launched our own FPV and GBMS(Ground-based missile system) schools. We have created large-scale cultural and educational projects. It is time to broaden our horizons," he summed up.

The Third Separate Assault Brigade is a volunteer unit created in the first days of the full-scale invasion at the initiative of Andriy Biletsky, the first commander of the “Azov” Regiment. Its core was formed by veterans of the “Azov” Separate Special Forces Detachment of the National Guard of Ukraine and representatives of the “Azov” Movement. First, the detachment was expanded to the “Azov” Separate Special Forces Regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, then reformed into the “Azov” Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In January 2023, the unit became part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and expanded to a brigade.

And now, rather than helping Ukraine win, Trump is doing his best to freeze Putin's gains in place and guarantee another war in the near future. Sorry to say, he could not be doing more to help Putin if he was paid off by Russia. Even Grok says so.

One can only trust that Ukraine will play Trump along and then, when push comes to shove, walk away from his attempt to sell Ukraine out.

In his call with Trump, Putin helpfully highlighted his weakpoint where he feels most threatened. The Russian dependency on their oil and gas income. Last night, a Ukrainian attack on the Unecha oil pumping station resulted in the complete destruction of the 110 kV "Vysokoe" substation, cutting off its power supply. LPS "Unecha" is a key hub for oil transit via the Druzhba pipeline to Ust-Luga, and is a major export route for Russian oil. Correction. "Was" a major export route.

This isn't a hit on the oil tanks, which can be replaced failrly quickly. This was the compleet destruction of the electrical substation, completely eliminating the power supply needed for pumping. Ukraine needs to make more strategic hits like this.

This is how both Trump and Putin see Ukraine.

Putin found out how wrong he was, and he will keep finding out until he eats a lead pill. Trump will find out too....

Ukraine has fought Russia for 3 years now and they are finally gaining the upper hand. They're not going to allow Trump to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Sadly though, Trump is making himself and the USA an ally of Russia and an enemy of Ukraine.

There is evidence that the database held with the names and information of abducted Ukranian children was DELETED BY DOGE.

Not only will this turn out horrible for Ukranian parents whose children were abducted, it also takes away leverage from the Ukraine in favor of Russia's leverage

A new batch of F-16 fighter jets has been delivered to Ukraine,

President Zelenskyy: “The good news is that additional F-16s have arrived in Ukraine." No details on how many or from who, just that another batch have arrived and there were "several." The first 10 F-16 jets arrived in Ukraine in August 2024. On December 7, Ukraine further received a number of F-16s from Denmark. If another batch has been received, it's likely these are either the ex-Norwegian aircraft or some from the Netherlands.

Several countries have contributed F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine's defense efforts, with the Netherlands — who announced the continued deployment of F-16s to Ukraine — playing a significant role by committing 24 F-16s. Denmark has pledged 19 F-16s, with initial deliveries made in 2024, while Norway has promised 6 aircraft. Belgium has also announced its intention to supply F-16s, though the exact number remains undisclosed and the handover date has been delayed until they receive their replacement F35's.

Following his chat with Trump, where he played him along, Putin launched one of the largest terror attacks on Ukrainian civilians that Russia has carried out so far. NOT ONE anti-war “activist” to be seen worldwide, nor the usual “outraged” official voices like the UN, WHO, or Amnesty etc.

Once again, Russia is showing that they have no interest in peace. Russia is using the “peace talks” to allow Trump to pontificate that Russia and Putin want to end the war. Putin is only interested in the destruction of Ukraine and Trump is assisting him.

Meanwhile in Russia....the Russian Engels airbase at Saratov came under their “most massive” drone attack so far on Wednesday night, according to Saratov Governor Roman Busargin. At Engels, Busargin confirmed that a fire broke out at the airbase following a drone attack and said residents of nearby homes were being evacuated.

In the early hours of March 20, drones targeted the Saratov region. Explosions were heard near the Engels 2 military air base, where, according to footage, ammunition continues to detonate, sending a thick plume of smoke into the sky. It is reported that explosions in Engels have been ongoing since 04:00 AM. According to Astra, thick smoke has been visible since the morning. This is where Russian strategic bombers are based, which carry out missile strikes on Ukrainian territory. It is also reported that residents of nearby buildings to the military airfield in Engels were allegedly evacuated following the UAV attack. Eyewitness video captures a massive fire, likely at the ammunition depot of the military airfield. The footage also captured damaged buildings in a nearby settlement. These are likely the result of scattered munitions or the work of Russian air defense, which was attempting to shoot the drones down.

The (Russian) Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) reported a temporary suspension of operations at the airports of Saratov and Samara.

The initial xplosion Ukraine caused with its hit on the Russian Military Airbase at Engels was so big that it blew the roofs off house and shattered windows for miles around. The background roar in this clip is apparently burning fuel (one of the comments says maybe kerosene?). Pretty amazing anyhow. Looks like the Ukrainians really did a number on Engels. Secondary detonations continue at the airfield in Engels. The fire and explosions began early in the morning and have been going on for several hours. These houses being this far away from the airbase and having this sort of damage, any planes on the tarmac had to have been destroyed

Before Ukraine hit the Engels Airbase, an Ilyushin Il-76 freight plan had landed possibly delivering KH-101 Cruise missiles. The Explosion was so large it blew debris over 5km away suggesting it hit a large stock pile of weapons and or including Russian TU95's/TU160 Bombers.

After doing a detailed geolocation of Ukraine’s 🇺🇦 strike on Engels air base, using the position of several buildings and the position of the sun at the time of the strike, the target was identified as an ammunition bunker at Engels Air Base, likely storing many missiles and bombs. It was really considerate of the Russians to put the ammo bunker right next to the main jet fuel tanks at Engels. That concussion with a mushroom cloud that looks like a nuke went off created secondaries at the magazine that likely set off the fuel tanks next door.

Lots of discussion around the geopositioning and exact location of the strike. I find it so interesting that these guys can determine the actual location and building from these short clips.

Hours after Ukrainian strikes on Russia's Engels-2 airbase, missiles and munitions continue to detonate, shattering windows kilometers away and scattering debris across a 5km radius. This has been going on continuously for hours now with no letup. Just listen to them going off. This is a shit-ton of ammo going up.
