My gripe or rant is about aging and its effects on the body. I have essential tremors and I can’t do fine motor things like electrical as I used to. I now am experiencing some normal short term memory loss and need young folks to slow their conversation down or text it to me. I will likely miss something. I now have aching hips and know it won’t be long before I have a hip operation. And I don’t want to be one of those folks who only talk about their operations etc. but I do need my adult children to understand I am going through this period and I find it frustrating.

I felt I could vent here.

You can. Any time. Many of us have had some or most of what's going on with you, at least in some form or fashion. Those Who haven't, haven't yet, as in, You're Eligible, Too. Your attitude is upbeat and positive, so you have a wonderful chance of successful outcomes no matter what happens.


Death comes for us all. This crowd is the type that smiles back and says, "not today."
