I've asked people like this about their motivations for years (usually they're gay guys posing as women). If they want to get spammed with dick (invariably a predictable outcome) they're likely far better off just being honest and truthful in gay friendly chats.

As such, my best hypothesis for one going through the trouble and effort of being fake is that they get off more on the deception itself rather than compliments or inevitable avalanche of unsolicited dick pics.

Glad my brain isn't twisted up like that. All I need are some (real) ass and titties and I'm good
