It's an ultra marathon journey race. I won't bore with what ALL that means but I'll include that the distance is 230 miles....I ran it last year too.

To be fair there's definitely some walking time in all that but yes. As I always say: I'm fully aware of how dumb it is.

I saw @NewStartQueen is doing a 58 day squat challenge I want to be there, but I am starting the 30 day one today, and adjusting the numbers as my back needs. Definitely need to strengthen and perk up all those muscles.

But the thing is...I'll be SUPER ready.

I'll have the solar powered power packs to charge my phone for the music only. We all know the phones will otherwise be useless but, like, finding/building a community in the treetops I think would be better than too much running

An ex of mine used to run ultras. Then she got covid, and long covid. I don't know if she ever got back to running again

Ugh that long haul shit is no joke. Messed my daughter up and I've seen more than a couple of runners just sort of lose it from that. Hopefully she figures things out.
