Well, um... the obvious answer is "Go to bed" I know it's not always that easy though. I had a very good, restful, 9 hours last night. Which means an average of... *counts on fingers*... about five and a half hours over the last two nights.

I never sleep 9 hours unless I'm sick. 4-5 is a normal night for me. 6 is like a bonus. 7-8 is almost too long.

I honestly don't know how you cope. I really need my 8 hours. The last few years, trying to survive on much less, have been hell, and I tend to make terrible decisions when underslept (Don't worry, you're safe, I slept well last night, as I said )

It's kinda how I've been functioning most of my life. There are days where I definitely feel the lack of sleep more, but then the following nights are when I get that rare 7-8hour window. I'm a night owl also, so when the sun goes down, my brain comes alive.

Night owl, or witch? I miss most of the time when you are casting your spells on the lucky denizens of the BH.

Witch? Moi? Oh, man, do I wish. You know, from like age 5 or 6 to age 13 or 14, I went as a witch every Halloween. Tried casting all kinds spells. Made potions out of random weeds in my backyard. I certainly am unaware of any spells I have cast in here though I usually just make underwear (pants to you) disappear!

I was a bit concerned when I scrolled down and started to see a b&w photo of what might have been a dungeon, and was fearing another Morticia Addams image (there have been a few on here over the last few days).
