I enjoyed the third season of The Bear but yes it wasnt "as good" as the first two, but it also had some spectacular episodes, like the pregnancy episode, or when Tina is trying to find a job, and the final one.

Billions was indeed solid the first couple of seasons. It got dumb around season 3 or 4. I finished the show though, and luckily Damien was back in the final season a bit but it still wasnt great.

If you can only measure the successful and nice football in the number of WCs you are true but the successful era was between 1936 and 1967.
Yes the Golden Team era stopped by the Russian occupation in 1956. Just to be clear that team played the Total Football strategy what loved the world and had a huge impact on the British football as well because 3-6 in England and later 7-1 in Hungary opened their eyes.
