I would say I probably have 4 or sometimes 5 cans of Pepsi a day.

In the 90's, I worked at a company doing nutrition software. Everyone would be drinking their coffee and picking on me for drinking my Pepsi... or Sunkist. There wasn't a lot of data available on how much caffeine was in most products. Before I left, some data did come out showing my 3 cans of soda at work each day was less then their first two cups of coffee.

I'm firmly in the "whatever works for you, is fine" camp. You couldn't pay me to drink a red bull, coffee or tea. They just aren't for me and that's fine. I can get a good can of Pepsi just about anywhere.
