As with most such charities, the senior executives are looting the piggy bank and getting rich at the American taxpayers expense. Good thing the Trump Admin will be cutting the flow to the trough off. Basically, it's a money laundering scheme where the govt has been funding all these NGO's, they hire themselves and spread the money around.
