I have to admit that I used to hate beets too. But it’s another food that I’ve come to enjoy. In fact, we grow it in our garden and won at our 4H fair the best beets.

I can organize them (or anyone else who’s a good organizer) into categories.

Look at a Betty Crocker cook book. It will give you categories and an index to go by. I am guessing you want to use digital media. My wife has all her recipies tucked into the pages of the book.
