Okay, so I still had half a bag of that crap left. And I'm too stubborn to just throw it away. So I'm actually soaking it overnight. I soaked it for FOUR HOURS before I tried to cook it last time. Did I mention that? But I saw that you can soak it for six to eight hours or even overnight. I'm going overnight. And if the stuff takes longer than an hour to actually cook tomorrow, I'm going to just donate it to charity. I'm thinking Habitat for Humanity.
