I used to pay about $150 for a delivered cord when I lived in my old house. That was 30+ years ago!

Coconut oils have natural trans fats. I will not use any coconut oil. Avacado oil is my go to as it has a high burn temperature. And it has no strong odor like Olive oil.

Coconut oil for massage.
Avacado oil is getting grouped with processed oils like grape and such. Bad news. Look for the article in the news. I saw it this week or the end of last. For high smoke point peanut was still ok.
I love good olive oil. I cook more Italian flavors than anything.
I missed the last train in Lyon one time. Oil and vinegar there are sold like fine wines. Learned a lot with that mistake.

There were some Swiss never-issued WW1-era Lugers that arrived to the market a few months ago. I have been keeping an eye on them for weeks and watching them disappear. They were priced kinda dearly. As they are nearly gone, I decided to go, but I took a look at what else was out there. This one is a German version from the same era. Good enough. Oh, and a chunk less expensive, too.
