That happens a lot. Fight Club was a better movie, and I think that A Clockwork Orange benefited from the production. Each had a last chapter that was omitted from the screenplay.


I think that a lot of people's creations probably played better in their heads.

Absolutely. The boot camp half of that film is a full throttle ride. When I first saw it, I thought the Nam part was a letdown. Second watching and it was just as full throttle but a different throttle. Very intense. One of my favorites.

Boot camp is an event that will stay imprinted in your brain forever. To this day when I enter a military post I feel like it’s a second home. Boot camp makes you grow up at light speed.
