New research from the Network Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) and Rutgers University reveals that some diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training methods may cause psychological harm.

The study, released on Monday, shows significant increases in hostility and punitive attitudes among participants exposed to DEI pedagogy covering subjects like race, religion and caste.

This hostile attribution bias may contribute to increased intergroup hostility and authoritarian behavior in the long run, according to study co-author and NCRI Chief Science Officer Joel Finkelstein.

"What we did was we took a lot of these ideas that were found to still be very prominent in a lot of these DEI lectures and interventions and training," said Finkelstein in an interview with Fox News Digital. "And we said, ‘Well, how is this going to affect people?’ What we found is that when people are exposed to this ideology, what happens is they become hostile without any indication that anything racist has happened."

Its not kneejerk. We've observed this behavior for decades and understand what is going on here. Though there were plenty of other factors involved here. Kamala's platform was Biden's. By every metric except the most important one, fee fees, his plan has worked better than we had any right to expect it to. Inflation is global. So we can't just measure by where we were yesterday we have to measure by how our peers are doing. Our inflation is the lowest of the G7 so we're winning. For the first time in my life time manufacturing has been moving back to the US. Do I think all of it is Biden's policies? Of course not. Lots of companies have been getting out of China for a myriad of reasons. The biggest being they have started to build a middle class and thus are less likely to work for pennies on the dollar. Some like Biden's tariff on Chinese EVs, not Chinese products across the board like the psycho clown wants but targeted as a specific industry is on him. Seeing how badly the supply line back up of COVID was plus growing hostilities we can't afford not make or at least have the ability to make computer chips in the US. Twenty years ago while it would be bad we could limp for a bit while we rush build plants. Today my tv, watch and phone are infinitely 'smarter' than my 2004 CRT desk top had to ask R2D2 to pillow talk the phone and wait five minutes for a picture of Pamela Anderson. We should be proud.

Our unemployment under both Obama and Biden have been better than Trump. Wages have steadily increased. Not enough to keep up with inflation but that's a bit of a tricky thing. Especially when we factor in we KNOW greedflation is real. Its not some myth libs came up with it just is. That has nothing to do with Trump or Biden or Congress aside from of the three none are willing to even have a serious conversation keeping corporations under control. Something as simple as them having to open with the public. So when the price of gas goes up and down as it does that the price of eggs should not go from a nickel to a dollar. They are aware that the average person only has a very vague idea of how prices are set is dangerous.

Now lets move on. Hillary was overqualified. The only real problems with her in a truly grand scheme of things is the Republicans basically saw a threat incoming and spend twenty five years smearing her name for everything but what she did wrong like vote for Iraq. Even that I can excuse. Americans, especially New Yorkers, were still pissed about 9/11 and voting against killing Muslims would be morally correct but a bad look. She might as well have resigned right there.

Kamala has been accused of being ten toes down to get where she is. She's a former DA shut the fuck up. She ran as a cop and on border control. She didn't do a single woke thing other than exist. She comes out and gives a speech that was just a longer version of "Never surrender, never give up." didn't slur a single word. The moment the interview ended the media en masse accused her of all that and more. Meanwhile Trump can talk about America taking over the airports in the Revolutionary War. He can ramble on in genuine I don't know what your point is word salad and gets away with calling it 'The Weave'. He can do his stupid dance I won't go into every little thing because its not necessary.

Since Democrats are for the most part serious people and the Republicans are not the standards we are held to are not the same standards. We could go look at other things that are just not true or are only as true as the Right chooses to make them.

DEI does not lead to unqualified people getting jobs. You're thinking Legacy and money. They aren't picking pilots off the streets over people who did ALL the same training and passed all the necessary tests. We're not talking the guy who barely scraped by getting in over the guy who scored a perfect score. We're talking about some guy who got an 80 maybe getting over someone else with an 81 most likely an 80. This is not at all a quota. Conservatives seem to use words they do not understand far, far too often. They are not required to have X amount blacks, whites, Native Americans, Latinos etc, etc.

Nobody is being taught to hate white men.
