Submissive Training School Exchange Program

I'm writing a story and have gotten more than a few ideas bouncing around that aren't going to fit in the world I'm writing. I really like this one, so in releasing it into the world so that maybe it can inspire someone else to fit the idea into their world.

The idea is that of a BDSM training school exchange program, where subs go into training but then are exchanged between different cultures to show different ways submission is showed between cultures. Like, a matron telling a new German sub that "In India, our submissives are..."
