Story "Not Found" when adding to series?

Hey there! New author, still getting used to the features.
I published a few stories over the last few days and have been really enjoying all the ratings and the comments.

Now I wanted to put some of the stories into a series, but I can't add one specific story. While chapters 1 and 3 were added easily, I can't add chapter 2. It shows up in the list of stories to select, but when I select it, I get an error message on top that says "Not found".

How can I fix this?

Check that the story has in fact been published and can be read. The system glitches occasionally.

Sometimes it just takes a few tries, or maybe a dozen attempts. But they have hit the actually published mark. It'd be better if you could add it going in and not have to wait for the publication. But I'm not complaining.
