Seniors and the differences

I am 64 and a woman and have gone through the change. I think the biggest thing for older people is exercise and watch their diet. We are all going to slow down some. We are all going to run into some health issues. I think a big key is to be flexible. Don't worry about what you can not do but think about the things you can do and be willing to experiment. One of the things I have come to realize is that the pussy is like most muscles. You need to exercise it if you want it to function well. I am not sure if it is quite the same for a male but I imagine there is some correlation.
It’s sooo important to keep going .., and I adore older women ..,

I'm 72 years old, and I'm experiencing some of the most intense orgasms of my life. I edge just about every morning around 6a.m. I jack off to completion 4 to 5 times per week, usually in the late morning.
A year and a half ago I got off of depression meds (which seriously step on one's libido)
by micro-dosing mushrooms. These days I do not experience depression at anywhere near the levels that used to debilitate me. I've also lost 85 lbs. I eat good, nutricious food, a good exercise life and a consistant meditation life.
I have found that Maca powder and good quality Korean Red Gensing powder really do enhance and nourish my libido along with other excellent fuck foods like bananas, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, etc.
I love the way my cum, which used to shoot and spray all over the place, now just pulses and flows from my cock.....very pretty and still tastes so musky sweet salty good.

Very interesting topic, I can only speak for myself: I'm 74 and just a horny as I was 45 years ago. I also have become kinkier as I get older and find myself fantasizing about new things I want to try. I do have one advantage over some other men and that is I have a penile implant, prostate cancer, and don't worry about getting or keeping a hardon. I can stay hard as long as I want. Orgasms are just as strong as when I was young, but I don't shoot anything, once again I don't have a prostate. Most all of the women I date ,50 to 77, seem very interested in sex and very eager to try new things, to be honest I think that's the reason they date me. I watch my weight very closely because I want to look good naked, and I don't want diabetes. I do take tons of medication but that doesn't seem to cause any problems. As I said I can only speak for myself, I hope this encourages other men my age.

Color me curious...How do you have an orgasm without shooting anything?

I'm now 66 and after my first wife passed some 17 years ago, I began having a roller coaster ride with my erections. During the grieving, I had no sex drive at all, but then I met my current wife at age 53 about 3 years after my first wife's passing and I began to feel like a teenager again. We were having sex 5 days a week, sometimes twice a day. But due to injuries I received while overseas with the Army, I was placed on several meds to deal with pain and other issues. I was prescribed Levitra to help overcome the side-effects of the meds, one of which was ED. Also, I began taking Benadryl to help combat skin rashes and itching from those meds. Within the past 5 years I began having severe ED that Levitra, Viagra, and Levitra would not help with. Doctors began telling me that combined with my age, injuries, and meds, I was just going to have to live without sex. A few months ago, I researched how erections were achieved by the male body naturally producing histamines which, in turn, produce male erections. That is, unless some of the meds I took counteracted the histamines....antihistamines. One antihistamine I was taking on an everyday basis was Benadryl, which calmed the effects of other meds, in my case hydrocodone for pain. I also had been put on a blood pressure medication called Atenolol. As it turns out, the doctor that put me on that med should have started with a less aggressive med that didn't kill the cock like Atenolol does. I got in contact with a friend who was my doctor in the Army who put me on a BP med that doesn't kill erections and I decided to quit taking antihistamines. Since then, it is like I am a 30vyear old (because I'm never going to feel like a teenager again). I still take 5mg Cialis daily, which incidentally helps to lower blood pressure, and I get hard and lasting erections for my beautiful wife who is completely thrilled with my new energy. We don't have sex 5 times a week for hours at a time, but have quality sex a couple of times a week, lasting anywhere 20 - 40 minutes at a time. When we have time, we sometimes have intercourse twice in a night. In short, be aware of what pharmaceuticals, both prescribed and OTC, can do to your erection!

The lover that I get to see most frequently is an older gent of 76. He's coming off a 3 year sexual hiatus which atrophied his abilities far more than he realized. What I adore about him is the gusto he has gone to, to get back his ability to fuck. And every week, our sex gets better, for both of us.

So, it is possible to get your groove back.

it’s interesting about “getting your groove back,” as I find the hard part (no pun intended), is waning interest. I’m 68 and my sex drive has noticeably gone downhill in the past few years. I’m (mostly) a Str8 male, and my current partner wants sex more than I do; she’s also 68 and has a higher sex drive. I may just not be into her, or I may just not be into sex as much as I used to be. Perhaps a trip to Amsterdam and a few sessions with a sex worker would help (and if not, it’s like chicken soup: it couldn’t HOIT!!).

I’m 60, and if anything my kinks are increasing! In a sexless marriage, so my sex life is only masturbation, since I haven’t found someone yet to just have sex with (not for lack of trying). I’ve never had an issue getting hard, but if I don’t manage to orgasm in a certain amount of time, I start to lose the erection, to the point where it’s been 4-5 days or more before I could cum, and that was after spending an hour or more each day trying. My depression medication has possible sexual side effects like this so I’m waiting to talk to my doctor about changing (had one appointment cancelled and rescheduled). To try to keep from being too frustrated I’ve used a number of toys, unfortunately some of them work really well for me once and then never again. They still feel good though! Also used a prostate massager which often helps.

Someone here recommended an herbal supplement called ashwaghanda, which I’ve been taking for four days now and seems to help some.

But of course I would prefer to find someone.

I’ve also recently discovered that trans girls turn me on, and I’m still trying to process THAT discovery.

This stuff is weird to deal with.
Thanks for your post. I can relate to a lot of what you say. I’m 64 and married 20. Depression meds for around 10 years. Zero sex in the marriage. I’ve joined here for stimulation. I’ve never used sex toys or had any form of anal stimulation. You mention a prostate massager, what is that?

There are a lot of different ones, some vibrate, some rub or thrust, some don’t. They are sort of like a buttplug but it’s designed to stimulate your prostate. I’ve found that it not only helps to speed up orgasm but it also intensifies it. Apparently if it’s positioned perfectly you can have a prostate orgasm, different from normal ejaculation, but I haven’t ever managed that. I have one that vibrates and has different patterns to choose from.

Thank you. Very interesting. Could you perhaps suggest a couple of makes/models? I’m completely naive here😂

I actually bought mine from Temu, which has a lot of different stuff for sale, a lot of it is knockoffs of more expensive stuff. I’ve bought a number of sex toys from them and only broke one so far (which was disappointing because that one was amazing). Here’s a link to it https://share.temu.com/18k8L9ui17A

Beautiful sentiment , thank you . I’d love to have an enthusiastic female 66 - +76 year old lover

I’ve never actually inserted anything in my ass and was really nervous to try even with a finger. Try I did though with a glove and a lube. Was reasonably pleased at how easy one finger went in. But I couldn’t feel anything romotely like a small hazel nut. Also my finger started to cramp with the searching around. Zero sensation.

Unless you’re very flexible I don’t know that you’d be able to reach your own. I’m not sure that the massager I’m using is as effective as it could be because you can supposedly get a prostate orgasm just from it being massaged and that hasn’t happened.

You know, this really pisses me off. How dare doctors tell you that you just have to live without sex! Was that a urologist who specialized in ED?? If not, my wish for him is to get the same advice when it becomes his turn!

I have learned recently that penile implants can really breathe new life into one's sex life! I have a penchant for older lovers, with several 20 years or more older than me. So I think I can say I've seen a fair amount of physical and mental struggles when it comes to getting erections.

My lover who I've been seeing most lately talked me into giving swinging a try, with friends that he's known for a while. While it was great fun, the eye opener was the implant my counterpart had recently installed! After his wife, I was his next partner after healing from the procedure. I found it fascinating, and most certainly fulfilling. He was still getting used to all his new parts, but he was very happy with it - and happy at how he had new endurance to last for his partner.

So, I can say from experience that unless a urologist who specializes in ED tells you there isn't a solution, take a deep breath and tell your doctor you want a referral because you simply don't believe it.

Again, speaking from my own experience of having my libido go AWOL for more than a decade, having a complete blood panel done, including your hormone levels, could be critical. I had mine done this summer, only to find that my testosterone was low. Getting my levels in the appropriate range for my age appears to really make a difference....and supposedly, I still have 3 to 6 months before they really settle in.

So it might be worth checking your hormone ranges. That is if you actually WANT a libido....

The doctor who prescribed the erection killing meds was a "there for the pay" military doctor who I think hated men. She didn't tell or warn me about a thing and the warning labels said nothing about ED. My current doctor is a friend and immediately took me off the BP med and put me on a mold BP med with no bad side effects. I had a full panel blood test done and my testosterone levels were good. I also quit taking daily benadryl for allergies and now have pep in my step, so to speak.

Men don't have to be lacking a prostate to have this experience.
I have experienced this even though I can ejaculate.
I would say that, with a non-ejaculatory orgasm, my body experiences many or most of the same muscle contractions. I enjoy a great deal of pleasure. But, for me, it is not as intense as an ejaculatory orgasm. On the other hand, I can stay hard or get hard again.
