I've come up with a story idea that I would love to tell on this site, but I'm not sure if it squeaks past this site’s guidelines, it all depends upon how edge cases are dealt with. I am aware of, and fully support, the no under-aged sex rule, child pornography is not a joking matter, it’s disgusting. I do not feel that my unique plotline counts as such, but I would like a second opinion on that matter.
For the specifics, my story involves a middle-aged adult male MC who gets reincarnated in a fantasy world, where he must start all the way back at the beginning, reborn as a baby, but with his adult mind fully intact and operational. This new world has a much more open and relaxed acceptance of sex, though pedophilia is still strictly prohibited. To keep things simple and to the point (for more details about the plot, see the next post), this is what the MC, before he turns 18, will and won’t be doing. He will admire partially-to-fully-naked adult women doing a variety of mundane to erotic things, up to and including having sex with other adult women. He will also, using mouth and hands, touch, explore, and play with adult women’s breasts and buttcheeks (but not the crack, nor anything therein). He will not physically touch any woman’s vagina or anus, but he will remotely stimulate them via magic. Nor will he, or anyone else, touch or in any way stimulate his nether regions (including an abstinence from masturbation). Lastly, no woman whom he does view or touch (as mentioned above) will be liable for pedophilia, as the MC possesses a magical gift that makes women unaware of his age whenever he’s doing anything even semi-sexual with them.
I do not feel that my story violates the common decency of no under-aged sex because, first of all, no one under the age of 18 has sex, or has their sexual organs played with, or anything else of that nature. Secondly, the only person below 18 who has any even tangential exposure to things of an adult nature is the MC, who is only below 18 physically, but not mentally. And, in mirror of this, the MC doesn’t get involved in any adult activities physically (beyond boob and buttcheek groping), but does do so mentally (by watching and directing adult women erotically, and using magic erotically on them). No mental or physical harm of an erotic nature ever befalls anyone below the age of 18.
The story is mostly a slow slice-of-life with the MC living as an adult mind/soul inside a new younger body, witnessing many romps between other adult women (mostly a lot of yuri/lesbian action) as his new body grows and matures before he finally joins the fray, himself, aiming for a polygamous relationship of his own in his second life.
