Patriotic Syllables?

I simply prefer
American Sentences:
No ersatz line breaks!

Recorded this song and posted it in another thread, but it fits here.....

So this is a song called Dreaming in Haiku. Started as an experiment: could I write a song, a GOOD song, in nothing but haiku form. Turned out to be one of the favorite ones out of all my songs. Let me know what you think.

One of Lit's longtime members (and an excellent poet) is Jthserra. He is very knowledgeable about Asian poetry forms and has a number of essays about them on his page. If you click on his name you'll see he has essays on haiku and senryu.
