Some interesting news about the Dhase universe...There may be a couple new stories coming out soon...One, I have an interesting idea for a valentines contest story involving a Dhase...

Another is a story which Mrs got the idea for last night and wants to co write with me...can't wait, they should be a lot of fun...

Apparently (let's hope) my muse is happy with me!
Oh, and I should be posting another recipie soon!

Mine had been for some time...but apparently she really had just left me a $#IT job so she could go on vacation...now that I'm done with the transcribing (until I get more of the story handwriten) she seems to be willing to at least speak with me again...Incidentally the novel I'm working on is 107 pages and 50K+ words and only about 1/2 done...

Actually, I've writen one already and am working on a couple others...

Undercover Ops.: Already writen, sci-fi erotica/action/mystery
Terminal Ops.: In progress, sequal to Undercover Ops...So far, much less erotica much more action...

Dragon's Code: This is the one I'm actually writing with pen and paper...It's modern supernatural drama/mystery...

this is the one I realized was set in the same universe as my Dhase stories...Well, the other way around really seeing as I've been working on Dragon's Code for years now...only just been able to have some luck with it...

Actually, to a large degree you are dear! Oh, you're not the bitchy part which sets me transcribing 100+ pages of hand writen text to file, but my desire to write is very definately inspired by you...

I only appear by invitation except at events that occur at 3-year intervals. Then I am one of over 300 participants in a pageant covering 2000 years of history.

I'm Henry VIII because I have the build and beard. I can't be in the other episodes because I am too recognisable.

Catherine of Aragon, beside me in this AV, is also Queen Matilda to William the Conqueror, a Nun, a Victorian lady and a 1920s flapper. She's a quick change specialist. Her RL husband and kids, two of them shown, also play parts in various periods.

I'm only in the event because Catherine of Aragon is my wife's hairdresser. When the previous Henry VIII became ill, she approached me, as the only person the committee knew in East Kent who had the appropriate build, beard and presence (and didn't worry about appearing in public in pantyhose...).

It only takes two days out of my life every two years so is not a large commitment.

I have attended another event by invitation and opened the fair. I sometimes publicise the town where the pageant is held, attending Press Conferences in character.

Very cool that...I don't really have the look for anyone historical, but I'm good with costumes soit's not too big a deal to be someone's retainer...

I know what you mean about the time though...It's hard to organize time to make rehersals for a decent Ren Faire, especially since I have the look of a fighter, which requires hours of rehersal for each minute of fighting...
