Republican Leadership Is A Threat To America

Just exposing Joe as a cancer that afflicts our country, hopefully the remedy will be delivered Nov 5th.
I predict, hopefully also, that Joe was misdiagnosed, and November will be a memorial day that shows Democracy weathered a close call, again, against a J6 instigator. Best of luck for four more years, Joe!

Nothing is funny about cancer. If you’re gonna make a cancer joke, it damn well better be a good one. This wasn’t. This was out of context and stupid. The cruelty is always the point with Deplorables.

Democracy is being dismantled brick by brick as we speak. You better pray Biden doesn't get re-elected. Our republic can't withstand four more years of that incompetent fool. What fool would give Ukraine unlimited arms and ammo and deny ammo to the one democracy in the Mideast. You democrats are a sad lot.

You've been saying that for three years. Guess what, the USA is better off today than it was four years ago....
You better pray Biden doesn't get re-elected.
There is no God, so no need to pray for anything.

Yes, there is no need for another four years of Trump...

Who did that? Last I saw aid was flowing to both, well after the Johnson and crew got the fuck out of they way....

trump leadership's a threat according to former Georgia Lieutenant Govenor endorsing Joe Biden (president)

Today, Geoff Duncan, the former Republican Lieutenant Governor of Georgia announced that he is endorsing President Joe Biden for reelection, snubbing Donald Trump in the process. In a new op-ed published to he Atlanta Journal Constitution, Duncan writes:

The healing of the Republican Party cannot begin with Trump as president (and that’s aside from the untold damage that potentially awaits our country). Unlike Trump, I’ve belonged to the GOP my entire life. This November, I am voting for a decent person I disagree with on policy over a criminal defendant without a moral compass.

Thank you for your heartfelt response. I actually believe Democracy will be better under Biden. He is taking a positive approach to improving the quality of life and better healthcare, revamping the Interstate infrastructure, and presenting America as a nation with a strong will and perseverance in the eyes of our allies.

If you have read Donald Trump's manifesto for his attempted second term, it purports to dismantle the gains in healthcare and raise taxes for lower and middle-income families. It is filled with violent rhetoric about dismantling the DOJ, etc. It is in Trump's Project 2025 documents on how to achieve a dictator for a day or month, or what the hell, why stop there document.

Biden has good standing internationally as a leader. There is no international presidential respect for Trump. He is despised and laughed at behind his back. Besides, his own family, particularly his clinical psychiatric niece, Mary Trump, says he needs mental health care for untreated issues. She should know, having been the brunt of many battles with him - of all things over money - go figure - Trump sues his own family and his father's estate to gain leverage.

You speak of Biden as being incompetent; you've failed to address the obvious mental issues Trump has been determined to have, and that are not good attributes for someone incapable of protecting national secrets.

Having a choice of an experienced elder statesman who reaches across the aisle for the mutual benefit of the nation is a far better choice than voting for a man bent on burning down the government institutions and stating he plans to 'revise' the Constitution to make it read the way he wants.

Pornography itself as entertainment is not necessarily essential for living, but prurient interest is part of society as sexuality is a part of humanity.

Suppression just makes things worse. Outlets will be found no matter how they try to block shit and that's how black market stuff starts.

There's a reason for separation of church and state. Nothing good is coming from this.
The first amendment guarantees freedom of speech and freedom of religion. However, it does not give you the right to force your religious beliefs on everyone else with different beliefs.

I am for the curtailing of this 1st amendment right. This should allow us to review them all, I think. Let’s just go down the line. Because of course a sexually frustrated teen jerking off to porn is killing millions of unborn babies unto Kleenex tissue while a socially frustrated one can only potentially kill a whole classroom, right? Israel should be allowed to nuke Gaza like Hiroshima, Nagasaki: US senator

https://www.business-standard.com/a...shima-nagasaki-us-senator-124051400055_1.html
from the link:

Further drawing a comparison with the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki -- which killed over 2,00,000 people and left many more badly traumatised -- the US Senator said that Israel should do "whatever" it has to survive as a 'Jewish state'.

"Why is it OK for America to drop two nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki to end their existential threat war? Why was it OK for us to do that? I thought it was OK," Graham said.

He added, "So, Israel, do whatever you have to do to survive as a Jewish state. Whatever you have to do."

just... wow. i can't believe he came out with that!
does he really think Israel should nuke Palestine? is he just saying that to ensure he gets re-elected in the assumption it'd never happen?

Trump and Republicans file suit to nullify Nevada ballots mailed on Election Day

https://nevadacurrent.com/briefs/tr...ullify-nevada-ballots-mailed-on-election-day/
The Trump campaign and its Republican allies on Friday filed a lawsuit challenging Nevada’s ballot receipt deadline.

Nevada law allows for mail ballots postmarked on Election Day to be accepted and counted if they are received by county election officials within four days. This year, Election Day is Nov. 5, meaning ballots postmarked on or before that date must be accepted and counted if they are received by election offices by 5 p.m. on Nov. 9.

Plaintiffs in the new lawsuit argue that practice violates federal law and as a result “valid, timely ballots are dilated by untimely, invalid ballots.” They are asking the court to block the counting of any mail ballots received after Election Day..
so, to date, mail ballots posted on the 5th have exactly 4 days to be received in order to be considered 'valid'... guess trump can't count on dejoy delaying the ballots any longer (after the announcements made the other day) so perhaps this is a little bit behind the reasons for filing... maybe

here's the deets of that dejoy announcement:
U.S. Postmaster General Louis DeJoy has officially postponed his plans for drastically overhauling U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mail sorting operations until 2025, after fierce backlash from postal workers, elected officials and the public.
"In response to the concerns you and your colleagues have expressed, I will commit to pause any implementation of these moves at least until after Jan. 1, 2025,” DeJoy wrote. “Even then, we will not advance these efforts without advising you of our plans to do so, and then only at a moderated pace of implementation.”

"The career workforce will not see layoffs, new equipment will be installed, the facilities will not close, deferred maintenance will be performed and working conditions will be substantially improved," DeJoy wrote.
