It doesn't, as, we are refusing to comply. You want to make us criminals?Kind of like the right making any woman who has an abortion or doctor who provides it into a felon?
Karma's a bitch, ain't it?
But wait a second. I thought all of you gun nuts on this thread were saying that Biden's order didn't change anything?
What the hell does that have to do with anything? Are you going to start some random argument about taxation now?How much of your pay do you get to keep?
If you're refusing to comply with the law, then you ARE criminals. Period. It doesn't, as, we are refusing to comply. You want to make us criminals?
Your terms are acceptable. Here kitty kitty kitty!
Ahahahahahaahahah that's the pain you feel when that little voice in the back of your head smacks you in the face! What the hell does that have to do with anything? Are you going to start some random argument about taxation now?
Floating bullshit statistics.I'm not lying. Sorry about that.

So, we have a fool that hates the police , wants the police to enforce the law!If you're refusing to comply with the law, then you ARE criminals. Period.
A 2019 Bureau of Justice Statistics prisoner survey confirmed:
“An estimated 287,400 prisoners had possessed a firearm during their offense. Among these, more than half (56%) had either stolen it (6%), found it at the scene of the crime (7%), or obtained it off the street or from the underground market (43%). Most of the remainder (25%) had obtained it from a family member or friend, or as a gift. Seven percent had purchased it under their own name from a licensed firearm dealer.”
And as ATF’s own National Firearms Commerce and Trafficking Assessment admits:
[T]he NFCTA numbers show only 3.2 percent of ATF intrastate trafficking cases involve “trafficking in firearms at gun shows, flea markets, or auctions.” Moreover, only 4.3 percent of ATF interstate trafficking cases involve “trafficking in firearms at gun shows, flea markets, or auctions.”
This would be a national crisesLast year over 1,000,000 firearms were transferred through FFL's but somehow 9,000 is a national crisis?
Tough shit.Have you read the proposed reg? It virtually turns anyone that transfers a firearm into a felon unless they have a FFL. What they're telling the public is bull shit.
the truest measure of any society is in the number of laws that don't have to be enforced
You seem really upset about something you’re insisting doesn’t exist.so you are admitting that these gun laws only benefit the criminal and strip the law abiding of their individual rights........................
Spoken like a true communist!
What am I saying that doesn't exist? Let me help. The Alphabet Mafia (you know, the guys that liberals really love to hate) doesn't have any constitutional authority. Say that their authority doesn't exist you want to be correct. You seem really upset about something you’re insisting doesn’t exist.
Does the gun show loop hole exist? What am I saying that doesn't exist? Let me help. The Alphabet Mafia (you know, the guys that liberals really love to hate) doesn't have any constitutional authority. Say that their authority doesn't exist you want to be correct.
Hate them so much that hippies wrote an opera about it!
Does the gun show loop hole exist?
You didn’t answer the question.Do background checks happen at gun shows?
I did so. You didn't like the answerYou didn’t answer the question.
No, you asked a question.I did so. You didn't like the answer
Now then, here is the part where you anoint yourself the winner and strut around
Every gun buyer deserves a background check. PeriodFloating bullshit statistics.
19% increase? Fine, what's the base numbers? They increased from 5 to 6?
The 99% number is spot on, and entirely misleading. Someone legally purchases a firearm from a dealer/pawn shop/manufacturer that is later stolen BUT they were INITIALLY obtained from one of the aforementioned.
They're shoveling bullshit and you're swallowing it.
No they don't.Every gun buyer deserves a background check. Period
What "reasonable suspicion" do you have that they need a background check?Every gun buyer deserves a background check. Period
Lol..sure SparkyIt's called "Lies, Damned Lies and Lying with statistics"
Given that by law all guns go from a manufacturer to a dealer for retail sale the correct statistic would be 100%
This study doesn't account for guns that are bought at a gun show that are later stolen (defacto, "used in a crime")
Gaslighting 101!
