Trying to find a story

I'm trying to find a story I read a while ago. The gist is a guy guess on a cruise and sees his wife, who is now married to another man. The wife got amnesia or was in an accident, and had no memory of the first husband and now must decide what to do.

Appreciate anyone who may be able to help me find.

I think it had something about a ring in the title. I know the one you are talking about. Like many great stories, it's highly improbable, but it hit hard. Almost certain it's in the Living Wives section.

Someone found it for me on the other board. It's called The Rings by Andyhym (good memory!) It was deleted from the main page but it's on Wayback, they provided a link too:
