I literally wore a t shirt with this on it last week at work. I had worked 13 days straight, recovering from a cold and I had had enough of some of the idiocy at work. No one said anything, and they left me alone . Message received!

Ask but bring your own just in case. If they don't have something you tolerate, ask if you may add your own fruit to the top. Health code may not allow them to cook with outside food, but for allergies many places will make an exception for outside food eaten at the table.
