I like it! And I love the format you posted it in rather than a dry explanation.

My fantasy here would be if maybe the guy makes eye contact with his nephew's wife. It goes exactly as expected: She's shocked and embarrassed. He's shocked and embarrassed. He scampers off.

The story jumps to something like breakfast at the dinner table the next day. It's super awkward. Uncle's trying to indirectly figure out if she told the nephew through the conversation and body language, but he doesn't want to directly confront her in private either. It was an innocent mistake. He thinks she looks repulsed by him, thinking he's a creep.

The next night, the door's cracked again, and her and nephew are going at it. She curls her lip when she sees the uncle watching, but she makes no move to let the nephew know, and that's when uncle gets his answer.

I'm thinking that keeps happening where she leaves the door cracked so uncle can watch, but then the next day, both uncle and her pretend nothing happened.

I kinda like the semi-realism of those two never directly starting an affair. It's just pure voyeurism by the creepy uncle that she secretly gets off on. And how it's never directly addressed.

I like that. It's different than readers would expect. He watches them a couple times then goes back to his own room and gives his wife a fucking like she hasn't had in years.

As the young couple visits, the woman is giving him sexy looks and teases him a bit, but there's no cheating at all. Just voyeurism.

First off, it reminds me of a plot from one of the Velamma comics that I ran across recently.

Secondly, to offer a divergent opinion about directions you could take with that story idea: One could make this a story that is not as much plot-dependent for it's arousal factor, as it is on the quality of the description of the uncle's vision of what he sees and how it affects him.
You can beautifully describe what he sees in deep detail which shows the reader a lot about the uncle and his sensuality, appreciation of her erotic beauty. It would fall on you, the author, to capture how well he sees, and I don't mean the acuity of his eyesight.
The vision could also conjure up memories of women he has had amazing sexual experiences with- bringing into the story a wealth of past emotional states.
Then, the story can delve into his inner conflicts between his familial loyalty to his nephew, his wife (if she is his life at this point), and his growing obsession for his nephew's beautiful wife. Make him a respected member of the community, but one who is now plagued by wild fantasies of seduction, maybe including his domination of her (or the reverse if you like), and then build tension between him and her. Outwardly he is the steady patriarch, but he's constantly aware of her in various family encounters, hoping his longing for her can somehow be realized, but unsure of how to put it into action. It can be a look, body language, conversations, that start to open the door.
As for his nephew's wife, she could have secret longings to be dominated and be drawn to older men. This could be a surprise even to her. As your protagonist is obsessing secretly about her, she is simultaneously starting to notice his looks, his body, his eye contact, his confidence, his voice, his body language, etc, and then she starts to have thoughts about him, wondering what it would be like. She finds intense erotic fantasies randomly interjecting into her thoughts and then spicing up her self-pleasuring moments. Maybe the nephew isn't that great of a lover, not that unusual in a younger less-experienced man. Maybe the nephew is too career focused and neglects her emotionally in additional to being a mediocre lover. She's quietly dying inside.
Eventually, the moment comes, full of risk and anxiety for both of them, when their longings come out into the open between them, and passion takes over. Maybe he decides to push past the risk, be bold, and take some small action. He's encouraged by something she has said or done, and he takes the risk, and she responds, and it happens.

Eventually, the moment comes, full of risk and anxiety for both of them, when their longings come out into the open between them, and passion takes over. Maybe he decides to push past the risk, be bold, and take some small action. He's encouraged by something she has said or done, and he takes the risk, and she responds, and it happens.

I believe there is a way to combine the two, and satisfy some reader's need for early sex scenes with long teasing and mostly innocent glimpses by making the story be all in the pervert uncle's head imagining what could happen and then taking a step back to the mundane. At the end it might even be left unclear, is that just one of his daydreams or did indeed happened finally.
