Two "dossiers" now proven to exist
- Former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Jonathan Winer states both Christopher Steele and Hillary Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal presented him with separate dossiers, both containing allegedly damning information re Donald Trump when Winer was still with the State Dept. (Keep in mind, the election was still 1.5-2 months away)
I have coined the Blumenthal-supplied allegations, the Clinton dossier*, while continuing to employ the Steele dossier for the other, although, since Hillary had the commanding hand in the creation of both, they can justifiably also be referred to as Clinton dossier I (Steele's) and Clinton dossier II (Shearer's).
* I have not read or heard it called that/those anywhere but in my own mind, yet.
Criminal referral against Steele
- Winer's version of events fully supports Senator Chuck Grassley's timeline/version of events contained in Grassley's criminal referral to the Justice Department against Christopher Steele.

Shearer's "notes" - the soon to be equally infamous Clinton dossier - evidently charge a number of despicable allegations regarding Trump's personal conduct and financial dealings that, former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Jonathan Winer states*, "echoed" claims made in the already infamous Steele dossier.
Huh, imagine that: Hillary Clinton pays for the creation of two dossiers and they just happened to end-up echoing each other against her political opponent for the election of the next President of the United States of America.
(Winer, perhaps, was the first person to read both dossiers. The question stands out: why was Winer chosen to be that person? His two "But" disclaimer's in the linked piece below instantly raised suspicious red flags to me; if this was my case, I'd be zeroing in on him like a GOAT kamikaze pilot.)
