New Account and no confirmation email

Hello Team,

A friend has created a new account and as of now no confirmation email has been receive!

The friend has pressed multiply times the button 'If you need your confirmation email resent' and it still hasn't arrived.

There is nothing in the junk mail or spam folders.

Is there a problem or ?

Did you check the spam folder and trash?

If I remember correctly it took me some time to get it, it wasn't instant.

1 not an uncommon occurrence
2 I had to do that as well
3 I get lit emails in Gmail so it's not blocked at the domain

Does your friend have a filter set up that could be catching emails and redirecting/deleting them?

Is the email address spelled correctly? You'd be surprised how often that is an issue.

Try using a temporary email to set up a different account, then if you get the email log in and update the email.

It's possible the email you were using was used for another account in the past. Only thing I could think of.

It happened to me when I went to set up an alt, the email was attached to an old account that hadn't been used in a long time.
