I'm looking for stories where the characters maintain a sibling dynamic and the NSFW moments arise from their circumstances. For example:

- One of them becomes a nudist, awkwardness pursues.

In these stories I usually consider the actual intercourse as the crescendo, so Id like a story to have as many "awkward" and "uncomfortable" moments before they are "going all the way". I can also appreciate cracking awkward jokes to break tension or making commentary about their situation.

For the record, I think JustAddWater's "Native Sister" is probably the best example of this that I've seen. The siblings are fleshed out and mostly feel "real". As they want to live amongst a native tribe to document them for research purposes, they must pick up their customs. This leads them to strip naked and pose as a couple. At no point are the siblings pursuing each other sexually, everything that happens in this slow burn is due to circumstances outside of their control.

I like it when the characters create a justification for their actions, but I could also appreciate a story where they don't have sex at all, or save it till the very end.

I suppose the most succinct way of putting it is realistic feeling characters dealing with unrealistic scenarios. Slow burn.

Exactly, but because it's character focused, the brother and sister spend time developing a plan to fake it. They don't want to fuck each other because "how gross would that be", but make money from faking a sex scene? Sure. They're still naked together and in close proximity. It's only natural that the brother gets a boner still, but that doesn't mean he wants to act on it, this is his sister he's known his whole life. He's got a big dick which the subscribers like. I imagine that they would be more creative and out there in the beginning, like using camera angles. Then they might progress to humping each other with some cloth between them. For me at least, I wouldn't want a switch flipped into lust either. They don't progress further into this because they lust for each other, they progress because they are in too deep and some things can't be faked. The sister can refuse requests that are beyond their comfort zone up until the audience loses interest and their income decreases.
