Help finding a story

I am looking for a story in which a boy moves to his childhood town after finishing college to fix a cabin by the lake. He meets the girl he lost his virginity to, who runs a cafe/bar/restaurant, in the same town along with her mom. The boy helps or the girl in restoring her place and end up falling for her

I am not sure if the category was in romance or Erotic Coupling
