Black and White cards

Looking for a story told from a woman's PoV. She was either wife or girlfriend. May have been called Sabine (not a Sabineteas story though). Played a game with her partner where he gave cards to people, I think black cards meant they could have sex and white cards were BJs, something like that. She never knew who had cards but was super into the surprise of it all. It's an oooold story so might have been deleted I guess.
