When I write, my intent is to tell a story. I hope the readers will enjoy it and I try to make them reasonable and let the characters have merit.
I don't write like a "man" - I think - I try to "hear" the dialogue in my head and hope it comes across all right.

I wasn't arguing CHARGERGIRL, just answering a question. I have written stories in a very "female" style and some that were a bit more macho. If you read "Faer-ily Bewitched" I have been told it has its moments that are quite feminine. And I seem to have a fair share of female readers that enjoy my style.
Once I get a chance to read your stuff, I may offer an opinion. But as long as a story is well-written, I will likely enjoy it.

One thing I have figured out about posting stories here CHARGERGIRL is you can almost never tell what will appeal to who.
I have had stories I really liked and enjoyed writing go down in flames. For a whlle, it got to me [ and still does, to a small degree ] but as long as I write to my best abilities, that is what is important.
I have a lot of female readers and that pleases me. I even have some who have become faithful readers.
I hope you will find your voice more and more as you continue to write out here.
