Fetish or Preference?

All my adult life , I have been attracted to a certain type of woman & have been confused on whether or not this is a fetish or simply a preference.

They have almost always been petite, 5'2-5'4, 105-110, 32/34...A/B cup, consevative in appearance & dress, but also lovers of fine classic lingerie. They have been single, married, often older, but as I get older, sometimes younger than me.

I usually mind my own business when I travel when on contracts, but almost always end up spending time w/ one of these women who often turn out to be very erotic, sensual people contrary to their outward appearance.

Is this a situation of mutual attraction or just the way things are.

There is nothing I want to change about this matter, but was just wondering.

There is a line between fetish and fetishism.

A fetish is simply something that attracts you that is a little beyond the norm. Feet is probably the most common.

But it can, as you described, be a certain look. In fact I have a friend who has a fetish for women who wear glasses. With partners he has gotten comfortable with he asks them to leave them on for him.

In fact I believe being attracted to certain ethnic groups can fall under fetish.

Now fetish is harmless its just a little "something extra" or as you mentioned a preference.

fetishism is an issue and that is when you literally cannot preform unless the fetish is involved.

Again using feet as an example it would mean you would not be able to achieve an erection unless you were sucking on her toes or her feet were rubbing on your face or were somehow brought into play.

This is the girl I was always after:

Tall, slender/athletic build. Long black hair and blue eyes. Goth look a plus. Small firm tits, and a little ink is nice as well.

So sorry for not staying on Lit after 3.00am & missing my flight, but I believe thatI have my priorities are in order.

I simply asked a question to receive other people's opinions & hadn't planned on entering into a debate concerning this matter.

There is a possibility that my posting was on the wrong forum & a probability that some people didn't understand the question

To my mind you asked a fairly simple question and you thanked your first respondent briefly but politely.

All the bruha from others debating if your answer would fit on the head of a pin is a measure of their lack of anything else better to do.

Sounds to me like you just like a specific type of person when it comes to sexual attraction. Nothing wrong with that at all, especially since you seem to readily find these individuals. Appears that when it happens you both are enjoying it, so why not?

It personally sounds like a preference to me. It's pretty broad to call it a fetish. I usually think of a fetish as being more specific and narrow, rather than a set of trends.

You beat me to this. I did not know there was a specific length a response had to be.

In fact I give them credit for not being someone who asked, then when they received an answer started "Yeah, butting" and turning it into an argument or endless debate.
