Pregnant neighbor
-Single Tim has a beautifull neighbor Audrey who's very pregnant with her husband Patrick kid. Patrick is a investment banker, hes been trying to get Tim to invest with him for years. Tim eventually gives in and invest 10k, Tim is a novelist who does well enough and works from home. A week after Tim invests its soon found out that Patricks been masterminding a pawnsy scheme.
-One day he disappears abandoning Audrey, some of the neighbors on the street loose everything and have know sympathy for her. She soons looses her house.
-Tim prepares a guest room for her. Taking care of her like the child she carried is his.
->She breaks into tears when he makes the offer. He assures her that he has no other agenda.
->She and Tim get along really well, and he's always there for her as he works from home. She soon starts to fall for him. He cooks for her and treats her like shes never been treated. She makes an advance on Tim which he rebuffs because he believes it to be her pregency hormones. She gets mad thinking its because he's not attracted to her. He assures her that's not it.
-> After a week passes he makes an advance on her, which turns into sex, which turns into her going into labour.
->Audrey names her son Timothy.
->Soon after Patrick is found dead in Mexico
->A little after Tim and Audrey are engaged and she pregnant again

The way these deals work is: Hubby abandons Audrey, Tim rescues her, and after the baby arrives Audrey returns to her hubby.

The Hubby is dead. He's stabbed fiver hundred times and assaulted by a unicorn. Then shot and burnt.
