20 Year Old Virgin

Well, I've been on this site for awhile now, pretending I'm not a virgin, I guess. But I guess it should be said. It's not that I haven't tried, it's just that I get really awkward around women offline, go mute, and can't usually say a thing. Would love to make some new friends that are around my age or older also. I know I'm young but its disconcerting when everyone else is doing it and your the only one seemingly who isn't.

I understand, I was 20 when I first had sex. I was and still am socially awkward and in my mind a night out with my friends would end with me and some guy hooking up. I had been craving it for a long time, and I suppose too hasty with my choice, but Im not one to be sentimental about having the perfect first time, strange for a girl. I found online dating to be my saviour, talking online first then meeting, rather than trying to do everything in the flesh.
Just try and remember women aren't too different, we get nervous around men too.

I know women aren't too different, I just know that I freak out when I have to initiate anything with a woman I find to be attractive.

Don't worry about it too much. I was 21. After that sex becomes a fairly normal thing. If you worry about it too much, you'll go crazy. Try making friends with some girls AND STAY FRIENDS. Just get used to being around girls, then when you think you're ready, find someone for you.
