Election 2012 Darkness Descends on America Part One

It is time to teach your children that, ‘Democrat’, is a bad word, not to be uttered in polite company.

And…indeed it is.

Most people realize that when they leave home, the comfort of being taken care of by your parents, that you must become responsible for your own life. Work, find a place to live and pay for it, food, clothing, all the things that mommy and daddy gave you for free, you now have to earn for yourself.

This is a good and natural progression of events from dependency to an independent life.

In poor countries, communist and socialist countries, even social democracies, the government directed economy does not provide enough jobs or housing for new, young people to acquire. Thus, in those nations, young people must live together in groups to pay rent and independence is postponed. Instead, these governments tax the working people to support the non working. Which can only last until the working people decide to stop working or move to another country.

In Great Britain for example, a young married couple might wait ten years before government housing becomes available to them.

In a free society, such as America was, once upon a time, housing and jobs were easily attained by all. That is because a free market supplies the demand of the people and provides what they want and need.

A government run society has no incentive to supply what the people want; they have a ‘plan’, an agenda, as to how society must grow and you are forced to fit into it.

Socialized medicine has failed in every nation that has ever tried it. British doctors and nurses fled to America in the 1950’s to escape the socialism of England following world war two. (Read your history)

Free healthcare sounds wonderful to those who do not understand that nothing is or can be, ‘free’.

Doctors and nurses, all in the medical professions, will, by proxy, become government employees. In essence, they will be forcefully drafted into government service.

Americans do not force people to work for government except in the conscription or draft of young men to military service, which I also consider a travesty and a violation of individual and human frights.

Yet, most of you want to force doctors to work for the government to give you healthcare. How selfish are you to force others to work for you?

The quality of healthcare under socialism, which is what we are moving into, the quality falls dramatically as government workers, see the Post office and DMV as visible examples, as bureaucrats, government workers, are forbidden to think, they are forced to apply laws by the books and not deviate on a personal or individual basis. Patients become just numbers and if you don’t fit a category in their, ‘book’ or bible of rules and regulations, then you are not accepted for treatment.

Socialist Canadians flee to America for treatment; where will they go when there is no free quality system in America?

One can under stand why Black Africans would choose a Chief, as they still associate the tribal system of Africa as the desired life style.

Hispanics are Catholics, Catholics are Socialists who want a controlled societyl they need to be told how to live their lives, where to work, where to live…

Asians have never been free, never lived in a free society and do not understand why independence is a value to be sought and sustained.

Women are new to the world of politics and rational thought and do not comprehend the values of independence and individual liberty.

Young people still want the protection of their mothers skirts to hide under and seek government as a replacement for the security of the home they had as children.

In the time preceding the American Revolution against Great Britain in 1776, a gradual solidification grew among those who wanted the protection of a King, all they had ever known as British citizens.

Those who wanted independence from England also came together to voice their views and expand their influence throughout the Colonies.

Each opposing group representted about a quarter of the population. The reaming fifty percent, or half of all the American colonists, wanted neither, but just to be left alone.

Not much has changed since then: about 25% are Republicans, those who want independence, and about 25% are Democrats, those who want King Obama to rule.

The remaining half of all Americans, are eligible to vote but do not even register as voters and desire to just be left alone to live as they choose.

Married women: 48% for Democrats, 53% against

Single men: 56% for Democrats, 40% against

Single women: 67% for Democrats, 31% against

Labor Unions as usual voted Democrat at the rate of 60 to 75% as they usually do, expecting more government support for forced Union participation across the nation.

Ayn Rand, in a book she began in 1946 and published in 1957, warned of what the future held for America: that book is Atlas Shrugged, now a film.

I wrote, in the 1960’s and published in 1984, a book entitled, “A Call to Convention, a Call to Arms” warning of what was going to happen. I just republished a revised edition this year, entitled, “A Call to Action!” as I no longer see a peaceful means to regain our lost individual liberties.

My advice to you is to arm yourself as best you can and find a defensible location outside the city, stock it with enough food and necessities for a year, at least, and be prepared to defend your self as best you can. Associate and cooperate with those who see as you do, the gradual dissolution of American society, the shortages of food and fuel, and the rise of violence in urban areas.

It will all happen; it is inevitable given the ongoing events of larger and larger government and fewer and fewer individual liberties.
