Which erotica tropes do you wish people would stop using? What's overused, what's lazy, what's evidence of shoddy writing?

For me, I have two big pet peeve tropes. One is when, in incest stories, all it takes for formerly platonic (storgic?) family members to become incestuous lovers is just seeing the other one naked. Like, really? That's all it took?

Another is how transsexual stories have an over-abundance of stallion-cocked dommes just waiting to tear apart unsuspected guys' virgin assholes. I know it's wish fulfillment, but it seems disproportionate.

So, how about you guys? What do you want erotic authors to stop using?

Oh, forgot one! I hate when people write out every grunt, moan, and sigh, so you get dialogue like, "Ugh, ah, ohh, oh yeah baby, mmm, mmm, ugh, ohhhh, ooh, yeah, mmm, ah!"

I am fed up with the recurring theme (thanks to Fifty Shades) of the uber-wealthy Dom who goes crazy over an unsuspecting virgin...stalks her...takes her...becomes obsessed with her...and changes who he is because of her. Yeah, that, too. I know people complain about incest and how so many stories are, "wow, I saw [family member] naked and we had sex!" but there's a lot of similar stuff in other stories.
