No More Than Three Months
P is wealthy - invented a piece of software, sold at just the right time. as a result, he thinks women are only interested in his money. so he makes a policy of breaking up with each new lover within three months of hooking up.
A few have rebounded for a second round, but so far he has resisted temptation of staying with anyone for more than one season.
Is the story just vignettes of his women? Or does it feature a party where a bunch of them throw him a surprise orgy? Or does he finally meet one that tempts him to commit?

Reminds me a little of the premise of Scherezade. The untrusting king would marry a new woman every day, then have her executed the next morning. Seeing as his marriages only lasted one night, there was never any possibility of him being cheated on.
Then came Scherezade, who was married to the king against her will (as all his brides presumably were), and managed to stay her execution night after night by telling the king a compelling story that always ended on a cliffhanger. If he wanted to hear the ending, he had to keep her alive for another day.
I wonder, if your story were to feature a woman who somehow managed to cheat the billionaire's 3-month rule, how would she enthrall him?

Looking good, being sexy and being beautiful are three completely different things.

I can see one woman breaking up with him first. It breaks his model. He moves on but wonders. Chases her again, and learns she has a similar rule. Maybe something like don't date anyone longer than 2 months if they're a) shallow or b) mediocre lover, or c) ____ fill in the blank.
After a few times, he's back after her again, other women comparing unfavorably. This could play on for ages.
In my personal scenario, of course they'd eventually realize they're made for each other. Then again, I'm a hopeless romantic when it really gets down to it.

I like this. My fill in the blank is "unwilling to commit".

Yeah, this reminded me also of Scheherezade, although less fatal!

In the versions I'm familiar with, she volunteered (the only wife who did). Her father was the King's vizier, and after hearing his despair about the situation she came up with a Cunning Plan and stuck her neck out.

Another possibility: under state law a relationship longer than X months gives her legal standing to claim palimony when they split up.
