Help submitting - cannot submit

My story is currently on "in preview (needs to be submitted)" status. Whenever I click on my story & try to click Submit Now it leads me to a 404 Not Found page. The requested URL /members/new_preview_story.php was not found on this server.

Yes, I'm using a proxy. Is not allowed to submit a story on proxy?

You might want to go over to the Authors' Hangout and ask the question there. Once it's in preview, the general rule is to leave it alone. Each time you click on that link, you send it back to the end of the queue.
