Historical works
I'm dying for some new historical fiction. There just doesn't seem to be enough on this site! I'm thinking something in the American Civil war era or something like that. Maybe a husband and wife are reunited for a night or a young woman finds her sweetheart on the battlefield, injured. She cares for him in the camp and late at night, they have sex. Ooh. I like that idea!

Oh fine make me toot my own horn. I have some western stories set just after the war. Not exactly what you want but I'm not terribly sure anyone has done a story about a nurse in the civil war on this site.
Oh yeah, Longwood is in the name of them. There are three series and one long posting. You can see them if you click on my name and go to homepage. Assuming you haven't already, if so I haven't found any and not likely to write any anytime soon.

I have one cooking. A week before Civil War erupts at Fort Sumter a woman from New Orleans moves to Tallahassee and the plantation of her good friend. Lotsa surprises await the Creole lady.

I have one from the Antebellum South. And I'm looking to do one set in 19th Century London about the illicit relations between maidservants and the masters of the house.

What especially do you like about historical fiction? Do you just like the specific era, or what? It sounds like you might be more interested in hurt/comfort stuff in general rather than specifically historical fiction.

I have a Gone-With-The-Wind era story. It's called "Porn With The Wind."

No, I definately like historical fiction. So many stories on this site are the same old crap. Altering the time period can make things much more interesting. Whether it be because of events or social norms.

You have to be a little more specific. Honestly pretty much every one of my stories can easily be set in any time period with a few exceptions and pretty much nothing would change unless I wanted it to.

That's my point. I don't have any specific idea that I wanted to see in written form. I was simply stating that some more historical fiction on this website would be nice. Personally, I like my stories to have an actual plot, and I don't generally enjoy reading the same thing over and over.

Oh yeah I've been there. Course I do end up reading the same stuff since when I start to work on a new part in a series or new series with the same setting I tend to read the previous parts. Not always which you will notice if you read the Longwood series. Twice I have two different names for the same person. Totally not supposed to do that and the first time it was because I remembered wrong and didn't bother to read back first. Second time decided on using a different name and the first section was already posted.
Perileyes actually maids getting fucked by their boss was fairly common in Victorian England and before. It was just not mentioned very often because he doesn't want to tell anyone, his wife has the same thought and the servant doesn't want to be fired because it's let the boss fuck her or basically starve there wasn't anything else.

I'll see if I can squeeze anything out. I still feel like you need to specify. I mean boy meets girl, I could take a story I've already written and replace car with carriage and. . .hell having sex in a carriage is safer since you've got a driver and even then horses are alive and handle their shit with or without you.
