Unrestricted right to keep and bear arms? So you can have a tactical nuke?

The right which has been restricted for nearly a century. Nothing is sacrosanct. Get over it and join us in the real world.

I can't even get a simple MK3 grenade let a lone a decent surface to air missile. I think this right's been infringed upon and the rwcj won't admit it.

Which has turned the USA into one of the most violent places in the world to live that is not in an active state of war or insurrection.

Who have you been keeping company with? No one I know has one of those.

I have 4 registered guns. A 30.06, a 4.10, a .22 rifle, and a .22 pistol. None of the ammo I have can nuke anyone unless someone changed those bullets and buckshot to some serious bad ass ammo I can't afford.

*chuckle*

I should have expected the moron brigade to jump to extremes.

Arms are defined as military weapons that are carried by the individual combat soldier, small arms in other words.

Missiles, bombs, even hand grenades, are defined as explosive ordnance and/or artillery and are not, nor ever have been, covered by the second amendment.

The advent of assault rifles, sub-machine guns, and machine pistols were technological game changers so we outlawed ALL of those weapons back in the 1930's.

So just rant on you fucking morons.

I'll betcha someone could skate right up the middle this decade with a non-lethal gun anyone could carry and make billions.

Taser Junior for $29.99 for example.

Yeah, and I bet you it would be outlawed all over the place. The justification for the upholding of those bans will be found in the majority ruling in US v Miller 1939.

Question is why should anyone support this idiot on anything, really?

So far this cancer's legacy is his "obama-care"

My daughter's best friend is an assistant manager at Dunkin Donuts, know what her and the manager had to do last week?

Take the 5 employees that work 38-40 hours and cut them down to 29. I think we all know why don;t we?

because of Obama care. They can;t afford to give these full time employees medical so cut them down to part time.

so people making crap money as it is just lost 25% of their income. in addition to their SS increase in taxes.

But oh, yeah let's get those guns mister president!

This country will be a third world nation within 4 years and if this souless sack of fucking garbage has anything to say about it, defenseless.

The looting that will be going on alone in the next couple of years will be why I will never fork over my guns.

I'm at fault for thinking Ish would answer a direct question whose answer would conflict with his own personal view of reality. Anytime Ish is presented with information that conflicts with his personal view of the world he responds with personal attacks and presents information that isn't relevant to the question.

I mentoned the right to have an anti aircraft missile system on my roof last week...and Iran having nukes, but the Gun Nuts think those things are "different".

They just want to be left alone to decide what's right for themselves.

This system would also work well at traffic intersections.

Joining the 'moron brigade' Lance?

Those things you mention are artillery and explosive ordnance by FORMAL definition. As such they truly are different than an infantryman's small arms. Those items have never been protected by the second amendment, not ever. Even though there are morons on the other extreme that seem to think that they are protected.

I'm somewhat surprised that you, as an attorney, seem to be unaware that words have meanings and things have definitions.
