Who have you been keeping company with? No one I know has one of those.
I have 4 registered guns. A 30.06, a 4.10, a .22 rifle, and a .22 pistol. None of the ammo I have can nuke anyone unless someone changed those bullets and buckshot to some serious bad ass ammo I can't afford.

Arms are defined as military weapons that are carried by the individual combat soldier, small arms in other words.
Missiles, bombs, even hand grenades, are defined as explosive ordnance and/or artillery and are not, nor ever have been, covered by the second amendment.
The advent of assault rifles, sub-machine guns, and machine pistols were technological game changers so we outlawed ALL of those weapons back in the 1930's.
