ABS and long-term insertion?
We recently acquired ben-wa balls made from ABS with a silicone cord attaching them. How long would be the maximum safe amount of time to leave them in?

Everything I know about ABS tells me that you'll need to use a whole helluva lot more brake fluid and it's a bear to bleed the system.

Yeah, I would love to have that info, but I checked a ton of different ways on Google, but apparently this is one thing even the internet doesn't know. It's quite the puzzler. I am thinking of contacting the manufacturer to ask. |

The wikipedia entry says it gets used to make "medical devices for blood access," meaning blood ports. Those stay in your vein for days sometimes. And it also claims that ABS can be used as a tattoo pigment. I think you're okay, OP.  |
