I'm getting a lot of request for Submissive stories. I'm just not sure about submissive men. Can a husband be powerful during the day (ie wall street, lawyer, Dr), and a sub at night?

Of course they can. That's the main reason men go for the sub role: because they are tired of being "in charge" all day at work, and want a break where they can stop making decisions and just be TOLD what to do.

Thanks, I've been struggling with this for some time. I can see what you are saying being true. Now, can a wife find her submissive husband sexy? maybe the thing is that they trade...but do they invite others into a BDSM setting?

I imagine a wife would dominate her husband, but she is doing it FOR him; she knows it gets him off, and that gets HER off. Especially if he treats her roughly and gruffly in public and she acts all meek. But then behind closed doors she dominates him up, down, and sideways; and they both love the switching.

In this situation, I would suspect that they do not invite others, at least not others that know them in "normal" life. The whole point is to keep this reversed part of their life a secret, except maybe from others who are doing the same.

I'd have no objection to it, personally. I just seem to end up with more submissive women, though, so it's never come up.

just from my feedback and maybe its my personal life (my hubby is not submissive at all) so I have a hard time seeing the story play out as a movie in my mind....so struggling to write.

Now, I can see the cliche Attorney that is drinking too much to unwind as he's pushing hard to make partner and after the wife reads '50 shades' they start to explore that and it works wonders for them...

I work in a managerial role. i have no problem saying what i have to say in the work place, no problem telling people what i need them to do and being pushy when i need to be.
But I am completely submissive in the bedroom. In the bedroom i simply like to please my partner and so my submissiveness stems form my desire to succeed in the bedroom (Ie to please them).

So yes, you can be assertive in the work place and submissive in the bedroom.

Thank you for the honest post. Not sure if you are married or single but if you are in a relationship can you see being submissive in a group of 3 or more people? keep in mind that this is a BDSM type group

I think the key is if it is all done bit a bit of humor and not taken too seriously ....i think if two or three sexy women confident in what they wanted.....wanted to say strip me....and "play with me sexually for a time with them being in charge ....then it would be very easy to be sexually submissive for that time and moment.... capturing the mood of the evening.... it in itself does not mean that any of the people involved be they the woman grabbing the mans head to pull his lips towards her crotch ...or the man helping maybe the woman experience what it is like to put her strap on in his mouth...are not totally different personalities in their daily lives..... and in life in any given day most people have moments in mundane day to day tasks where they feel happy to be guided in some and equally in charge in others......

When I write a submissive male character, to show why he is attractive I tend to either describe him as being cutely shy, or eager to please like a puppy. That's a type of submissive who gets pleasure out of serving, following orders, possibly being restrained or teased a bit. There are other kinds of submissive, like the type who gets off on being called dirty or other teasingly humiliating things, or literally getting dirty (everything from piss play to having their face ridden to licking boots clean with their tongue), and finds satisfaction in getting lost in their own instincts. I usually picture this kind of guy as playful and mischievous but tired of his usual position as the instigator or the clown who defuses other people's fights. So yeah there are some examples of how submissive male characters can be adorable and hot.
