One of his close friends. The same gut he had come over almost every week to play poker with him and a few others down in the den. "l just wanted to tell you, he'll be here soon. He's also going to be staying here for a few days."

"ln the house?" She thought. lt wasn't to much of a surprise. They lived in a huge house, with more then enough room for over nine people to live comfortably. She just didn't like the fact that her parents were so over protective they couldn't even let her sleep in the house alone.

Her father looked as if he were aboutmto say something to her, but her mother grabbed his arm. "Come on. We need to go. The plane leaves soon and my mother really needs me." "Bye Melannie. We love you!" Her mother called as she tugged her father out to te door with her. "We'll call you when we're about to board the plane!" With that, they left, leaving her alone in the house for about 45 minutes. That should be enough time for her to relax a bit in the jacuzzi.
