I was once between a D and a Double D.

Then I lost 100+ pounds and now am a full C.

At one point I was worried they would look small, but the rest of me got smaller, so they're proportionate.

Thank you. It was a pretty drastic plan. All liquid for 6 months. That's not a typo, not one bite of food for six months.

After that my body had to literally learn how to digest real food again and I had to spend another 3 months weaning off the shakes.

But at the time I had been at an unhealthy weight for most of my life and was at a point I had to do something. I was twenty eight and was winded going up a flight of stairs.
